Key Responsibilities
  • Creditors reconciliations for all entities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain cashbooks and bank reconciliations for all accounts to prevent discrepancies
  • Collaborate with finance managers to review new deals before loading on Mari by debtors clerk
  • Raise intercompany invoices once calculations have been completed by finance managers
  • Monitor daily bank balances to identify any anomalies or irregularities
  • Manage VAT obligations and ensure timely payments
  • Loading all payments including tax payments on Nedbank to maintain accurate records
  • Run and complete various reports to inform business decisions
  • Capture receipts to ensure seamless payment processing
  • Manage withholding tax obligations and rates
  • Oversee prepayment schedule management to minimize risk
  • Perform adhoc tasks as required to support the team
