Job Description

As an Energy Management Specialist with KMCK Talent Sourcing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy management systems that ensure uninterrupted energy supply as per agreed contracts. You will oversee all energy management sites, maintain good customer relationships, and manage costs associated with steam generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain energy management systems to reduce equipment downtime and optimize energy efficiency.
  • Oversee and be responsible for all energy management sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and report on any deviations from contract requirements.
  • Manage, control, and report on all costs associated with the generation of steam and the department.
  • Implement planned maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years' experience in a similar position and industry.
  • Advanced Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years' experience in a similar position and industry.
  • Artisan (red seal in Mechanical or Electrical) with 10-15 years' experience in a similar position and industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong engineering background with knowledge of plant and equipment reliability and efficiencies.
  • Project management skills with ability to develop and implement energy management systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage staff performance.
  • Resource planning and goal-driven approach with ability to meet deadlines.
