Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, including checking for completeness and correctness according to legal requirements.
  • Match incoming invoices with purchase orders and ensure all supplier invoices are correctly and timely processed.
  • Manage fixed assets and lease accounting, as well as monthly FX revaluations and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate annual financial forecasts and support in managing the planning and control cycle.
  • Prepare and align forecast versus actuals on a monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Finance degree or relevant qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP System.
  • Well organized and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communications and inter-personal skills.
  • Good Team player and a flexible approach.
