Network Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Program Director to lead our delivery efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this critical position, you will be responsible for presales scoping, contractual conditions, fulfillment, and profitability of network contracts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

As a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in project management, you will leverage your expertise to drive project success and ensure timely delivery. Your deep understanding of service delivery processes, sales strategies, and customer insights will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Lead program delivery teams to achieve project goals and objectives
• Develop and implement effective project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliverables
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving
• Identify opportunities for top-up selling and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and alliances

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree (M.Sc) or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business Administration (MBA)
• At least 10 years of experience in senior project or program management roles
• Project Management Certification (PMP) and/or PgMP
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in fast-paced environments
