Job Title: Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes
  • Prepare statistical reports to track production performance and identify trends
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement process schedules and ensure quality specifications are met
  • Evaluate the performance of mills and evaluate the cost-benefit of grinding aids
  • Implement the AFRM program and generate reports on findings during shutdowns
Requirements:
  • BSc or B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • 2 years of work experience in process engineering and understanding of operational activities
  • Methodical, systematic, and self-managed with a results-driven approach
