About the Role:

The Transfers Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of transfer processes within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer transfer processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with attorneys, conveyancers, and internal clients to resolve transfer-related issues.
  • Calculate transfer clearance figures and issue relevant documentation.
  • Perform journal adjustments and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Transfers Manager to report on transfer statistics and departmental performance.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 High School Diploma or GED with maths and accounting.
  • A degree/Diploma is advantageous.
  • Experience with Pastel is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Sectional Title Management Act and HOA is beneficial.
