Job Title: Operations Administrator

The Operations Administrator is a key role within the Operations team, responsible for providing administrative support to the team leads and ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track all company assets, including uniforms, fuel cards, tablets, and devices.
  • Process acknowledgments of debt when assets go missing or are damaged.
  • Ensure uniform and other branding stock levels are maintained, with strong stock control and regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements for new assets, including ordering, tracking, and receiving items.
  • Facilitate the redistribution or disposal of old or redundant assets as required.
  • Liaise with the fleet team to handle the submission and collection of documents.
  • Manage fines and license renewals for fleet assets.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate (minimum)
  • Diploma or Bachelors in Commerce, Administration or Supply Chain Management or Logistics (beneficial)
  • 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position preferably in a logistics or operations environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or other stock control software are required
