Job Overview

We require a highly organized and efficient office administrator to join our team at Time Personnel. As an all-round administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing new accounts for customers, compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports, and managing general office administration tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Capturing of purchase orders
  • Invoicing and credit notes
  • Daily interaction with clients
  • Troubleshooting where needed
  • Working alongside the Sales Manager
  • Managing new accounts for customers
  • Managing general office administration tasks
  • Banking
  • Manage filing systems
  • Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as financial reports when required
  • Daily updating of database for clients

You must have your own transport and be proficient in using Pastel software.
