About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting key administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating Onboarding Processes: Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, from pre-employment checks to first-day readiness.
  2. Managing Front Desk Operations: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  3. Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
  4. Supporting Accounts Payable Functions: Support accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
  5. Enhancing Employee Experience: Champion a welcoming and engaging office environment, organizing events and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  6. Managing Office Supplies: Manage office supplies, maintain records, and support various administrative tasks as required.
