A leading company in Cape Town, with extensive projects across South Africa, seeks an ambitious student to participate in a 6-month in-service training program. This opportunity is designed for individuals pursuing a qualification in Civil Engineering.

The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated and eager learner, with a strong passion for engineering. Key responsibilities will include assisting with design development, ensuring compliance with statutory building regulations, and collaborating with subcontractors on contractual aspects of the project.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical resources, assessing engineering contracts, and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

To be considered, applicants must provide proof of registration with a higher institution and be studying towards a National Diploma/B-Tech/BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering. They must also furnish a WIL letter confirming their need for practical hours to complete their qualification.

Apart from the academic requirements, candidates should be South African citizens without prior work experience. The successful applicant will reside in Mpumalanga (Ermelo) or surrounding areas.
