Job Title: Restaurant Manager



About the Role: As a Restaurant Manager at Top Vitae, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience, and our staff is motivated and efficient in their roles.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Staff Management: You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, including recruiting, training, and motivating employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Service: You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: You will need to maintain high standards of health and safety in the restaurant, ensuring that all staff and customers are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing our inventory, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Operations Management: You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing cash handling, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Performance Management: You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of your team, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Leadership and Communication: You will be a strong leader and communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
  • Problem-Solving: You will be able to solve problems quickly and effectively, using your initiative and judgment to resolve conflicts and challenges.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
