Job Title: Network Manager

About the Role:

The Isilumko Staffing client in the BPO Call Centre is seeking a Network Manager to ensure a seamless IT Network Management, helping business growth and creating value for business and their clients through IT intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a seamless IT Network Management

Help business growth and create value for business and their clients through IT interventionDesign, plan, and solution network and network security infrastructureManage and troubleshoot Next Generation Network Security PlatformManage large projects related to network security infrastructureDesign and configure VOIP, MPLS, and QOS Troubleshoot any issues related to VOIP, MPLS, and QOSHave a good understanding of ISO 27000, PCI/DSS, SOX, and SAS control from network security control perspectiveHave hand-on experience in Routing protocols BGP, IBGP, OSPFDesign, architect, and implement features of Next Gen Firewall, Anti-APT, Remote VPNHave a deep understanding of SD WAN/NFV technology and its applicability in enterprise networkHave in-depth understanding and hand-on experience on Public Cloud, Private, and Hybrid cloud architectureHave hand-on experience of Arista and Cisco SDN architectureDesign, architect, and implement features in Arista SDN controller to automate network serviceUnderstand business requirements for internal and external customer and be able to translate into technical requirements and solutionPlanning, designing, implementation, operation support for network and network security service infrastructureExpert level internetworking understanding and troubleshooting in a large-scale network environmentHave hand-on experience in configuring, monitoring, network security devicesHave hand-on experience in Routing protocols BGP, IBGP, OSPF, EIGRPInteract with vendors for solution, sizing costing ROI, and CBAUnderstanding of Application delivery technologies Citrix, VM Ware, VDIHave hand-on experience in public cloudHave in-depth understanding on Cloud security technologyShould be familiar with Data Center Security ArchitectureHave hand-on experience on Proxy, URL filtering, DNS, DHCPIdentify emerging threats and accordingly design and solution to mitigate such threatsHave good understanding of the IPSEC, GRE, Encryption, Remote VPNUnderstanding of Contact Center technologiesUnderstanding of Application delivery technologiesAvailability of technical service for business operations, all lines of business, and enterprise acrossTimely closure of all the internal and external compliance audit finding and observationAssessment and adoption on emerging technologyGood understanding of financial management e.g Capex, Opex, ROI, TCO
