DHL Legal Services offers solution-oriented legal advice to all business partners worldwide. We provide comprehensive support in contracts, negotiations, and processes with customers and suppliers as well as general litigation and commercial law matters.
In a matrix organization, Legal Services is organized according to regions and global cross-sectional topics. You will be part of the Supply Chain Legal Services team, assisting the Head of Legal for Africa and advising the business on day-to-day legal matters within the region, liaising with legal colleagues in other regions as necessary.
Your tasks will include providing a comprehensive legal service to DSC by advising on all legal aspects relating to the business, drafting and reviewing commercial documents, maintaining records and actioning legal correspondence, and ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures.
Departmental Support and Growth- You will be an integral member of the GBS Legal Services UKIEEMEA team, attending team meetings, know-how and training sessions, and conferences.
- You will support the needs of other Business Units in the region as workload permits, closely working with the Group Corporate Data Protection Officer and the Data Protection Advisor(s) as needed.
