Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Building strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Communicating effectively with staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking member interactions and feedback.
  • Contributing to the development of new initiatives and programs, enhancing member experiences and engagement.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with members and staff.
  • Flexible and adaptable, responding to changing circumstances.
  • Proactive approach, anticipating and meeting member needs.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the fitness industry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
