ABC Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Business Trainer to join our Learning and Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in project management and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs for internal and external clients
- Manage training initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and government institutions
- Conduct research and produce reports on industry trends and best practices
- Manage and maintain training materials and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Accredited Assessor and Moderator qualification
- SDS – Skills Development Certificate
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent Academics
- 10-12 years of experience in training and development
- 6-7 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
