E-commerce Site Merchandising Specialist

This role reports to the Senior Site Merchandiser.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating closely with Divisional Heads, the Discovery Team, and Marketing to analyze and steer on-site traffic towards featured categories and product ranges, ensuring ongoing visibility of all inventory classes, high-margin products, seasonal and trending items, markdowns, and new launches aligned with business goals.
  • Enhancing and partnering with the discovery team and catalog product team to perpetually refine the navigation integrity on the website, app navigation, and search optimization.
  • Assessing and elevating the performance of all site merchandising assets, including landing pages and CMS tools, by reviewing the effectiveness of each merchandising initiative and its implementation.
  • Introducing new strategic themes and merchandising assets, such as seasonal landing pages and anchor promotions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-performance setting focused on merchandising, content strategy, and/or marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma is required.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools.
  • Experience with website optimization and engagement tools is preferred.
