Med Spa Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Med Spa Receptionist to join our team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
  • Collaborate with senior management and staff to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve services and processes
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
  • Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma (bonus)
  • ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification (bonus)
  • Medical association certification (bonus)
  • Secretarial or Personal Assistance certification (bonus)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Beauty or Spa qualification
  • Experience operating the front desk of an Aesthetic Clinic, Day Spa or Salon
  • Knowledge and understanding of various aesthetic and beauty treatments / products and terminology
What We Offer:
  • R15,000 per month (Gross)
