Duties and Responsibilities:

Budget Management:

  • Manage marketing and advertising budgets to deliver financial targets and control costs.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and advertising professionals.

Innovation & Creativity:

  • Drive innovation in marketing and advertising approaches, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Sales Alignment:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts, focusing on achieving common goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate campaign results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in advertising or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in advertising software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media advertising.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships.
