The Payments team is responsible for overseeing all payment products, including card and electronic payments. This encompasses the entire payments landscape, covering systems, processing, and business aspects. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of the Payments Data Strategy team, focusing on managing data-related activities, including data strategy, forecasting, predictive modeling, insights, and business analysis.

You will utilize data analysis and visualization tools to generate actionable business insights that drive tangible value for the organization. This role involves influencing and supporting the organization in making data-driven decisions that enhance performance, optimize operations, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
