Key Responsibilities
About the JobThe Administrative Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all Fit and Proper training requirements for the Discovery sales force.
You will assist in the creation and capturing of Fit and Proper assessments, training courses, and events within the appropriate systems to meet legislative requirements.
The role involves managing the input of bulk training data into the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless and accurate data transfer.
You will perform continuous Quality Assurance (QA) and auditing of Fit and Proper training records, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
About You
- We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in administrative roles where compliance, data management, or regulatory requirements were key.
- You should have basic knowledge of regulatory compliance, familiarity with data management, and ability to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong attention to detail and intermediate data analytics skills would be advantageous.
