Job Summary

Rakkgalakane Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Messenger and Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting legal documents, as well as providing administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect legal documents to and from Courts and other legal companies
  • Service and filing of all Court processes and maintaining clear and accurate records
  • Collection of post, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
  • Liaise with Court Clerks regarding various issues, including queries in files
  • Transport employees to and from their destinations
  • Enroll applications and attend to the issuing of summonses
  • Delivery and collection of tenders as and when requested

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3 years + experience required as a Messenger Driver at a legal firm
  • Fluent in English and isiXhosa
  • Ability to interpret both incoming and outgoing legal documents
  • Strong customer skills and high levels of professionalism

Performance Areas

  • Enroll applications
  • Attend to the issuing of summonses
  • Liaise with Court Clerks regarding various issues, including queries in files
  • Service and filing of all Court processes and maintaining clear and accurate records
