Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Objective Personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and staff, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of queries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, including sending customer invoices and statements, managing itineraries, and making travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Maintain the office filing system, source and procure office supplies, and handle service providers and suppliers.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Requirements
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and Xero accounting package.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.
