Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Porter Driver to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing exceptional service by handling luggage, ensuring vehicles are parked and retrieved safely, and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offload and transfer guest luggage to rooms upon arrival.
  2. Assist guests with their bags upon departure.
  3. Ensure guest vehicles are parked and retrieved safely.
  4. Provide exceptional guest service and additional requests.
Requirements

We require a skilled and experienced Porter Driver who possesses a valid driver's license and a minimum of three years' driving experience. Previous relevant experience in an upmarket hotel environment is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements:

  • Matric qualification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Minimum three years' driving experience.
  • Previous relevant experience in an upmarket hotel environment.
