We are seeking a Service Consultant to join our Broker Services department. The successful candidate will provide support to the relationship management function, delivering quality service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to intermediaries, customers, partners, and suppliers;
  • Supporting the relationship management function to address customer needs, concerns, and issues;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
