Job Description:

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Office Portfolio Administrator Manager to join our team at People Dimension. This role involves overseeing the administration of executive client portfolios and supervising team members.


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Portfolio Oversight: Supervise and support Executive Client Portfolio Administrators in an office environment, executing and managing intermediary services as defined by the FAIS act.
  • Task Execution: Receive and execute tasks and instructions via email, electronic voice, and telephone.
  • Reporting & Correspondence: Prepare reports and correspondence, typing, data capturing, and CRM.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships, liaising via email, telephone, etc.
  • Service Provider Management: Liaise with service providers, instructions to, and management of their execution.
  • Minute Keeping: Keep and execute minutes in meetings, conference calls, or client consultations.
  • Portfolio Maintenance: Review and maintain ongoing instructions and client portfolios.
  • Office Environment: Maintain a professional office environment.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:



  • Qualifications: Matric qualification, relevant bachelor's qualification, and understanding of economics, financial markets, income tax, and accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role.
  • Skills: Computer literacy (MS Office), understanding of CRM systems, swift accurate typing skills, Afrikaans, and English with good communication, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Driver's license and own reliable transport.
