Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:

Data Management and Reporting:
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data across all platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and present performance dashboards and reports to senior management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Process Improvement and Compliance:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales administration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex administrative issues and queries.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand administrative needs and provide solutions that enable sales success.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to optimize sales tools and systems.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members in administrative processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration, operations, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
