**Job Title:** Trust Administration Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our trust administration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administration of trusts and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist in the administration of trusts, including preparation of reports and other documentation.
- To engage with clients, distribution partners, and service providers to understand their needs and concerns.
- To respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of effective processes and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working in a trust administration role, preferably within the finance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
