The Senior Legal Advisor, Shariah Banking will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, updating, and negotiating complex legal agreements and client-facing documents.
- Providing specialized legal advice on all complex commercial legal matters related to Islamic finance and banking.
- Conducting legal research and identifying, managing, and mitigating legal risks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Post-Graduate Degree in a relevant field, such as Islamic structuring of capital markets or Islamic finance. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Islamic finance, with at least 6 years in people management, is required.
