About the PMO Analyst Role

This role provides the perfect opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in SA and gain direct exposure to senior stakeholders in the industry. You will assist in building and improving the PMO service offering to the broader business, providing analytical support and other related technical tasks.

This role requires a professional who is comfortable working in high-pressure environments, with senior stakeholders in consulting and the finance industry, while understanding and navigating multiple complex systems and processes. The individual must be highly motivated and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing improvements or new functionality that needs to be implemented in the business either relating to processes or systems.
  • Defining or optimising new and current PMO-related processes.
  • Building or improving current or new systems or reports.
  • Improving data quality processes and further defining standards.
  • Providing detailed, succinct feedback on challenges faced during the execution of PMO processes, propose solutions and implementing them.
  • Completing/updating project/system/process-related documentation for new builds or improvements.
  • Providing regular feedback to the PMO regarding progress of tasks.
  • Respectfully engaging with various internal stakeholders to drive results.
