About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at 4cgroup. As a key member of our Information Assurance module, you will be responsible for delivering project implementations based on solution design specifications and adhering to our established blueprint, standards, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Solution Design and Scope of Work Documents
  • Develop and maintain project FAT and UAT Documentation
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to create Design Mock-ups based on Client Requirements and Solution Design
  • Contribute to Use Case diagrams and System Integration Diagrams
  • Develop and maintain internal and external Training Material
  • Maintain and update project status and comments on our Project Management Software
  • Compile Project Completion Documentation (DoD) and obtain approval thereof
  • Log and update changes on ServiceDesk, including compilation and submission of OSI Documentation
  • Suggest product improvements
  • Configure, test, and deploy projects based on Scope of Work and project plans
  • Provide project UAT assistance to clients
  • Handover projects to Operational Team and draft supporting documentation
  • Provide ad-hoc user support, including L1 and L2 support as escalated from OPS team
  • Participate in rotational after-hours standby

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology
  • Exposure/qualification in Solaris or Unix Operating System
  • Exposure/qualification in Databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
  • JAVA or PL/SQL Development Experience advantageous
