Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at PartnerUp (Pty) Ltd, you will play a key role in designing and implementing systems architecture solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • At least 3 – 5 years' relevant experience within systems development
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect who can lead our team in designing and implementing systems architecture solutions.

  • At least 1 – 2 years' experience in systems architecture / design
Architect

As an Architect at PartnerUp (Pty) Ltd, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems architecture solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • At least 2 - 7 experience
Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing systems architecture solutions.

  • At least 7 years' experience in systems architecture / design
  • Basic project management experience
Qualifications

We require a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology and a National Certificate / Vocational.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Preferred Qualifications

A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.

  • A relevant post graduate degree
Knowledge and Skills

You will have a detailed knowledge of system architecture, systems analysis and design, and UML or equivalent modelling language.

  • System architecture (technical design and implementation processes)

Technical Expertise

You will have proficiency in architecture frameworks and methodologies, strong knowledge of cloud platforms, and experience with microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.

  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of domain driven design and applying it to solving real world business problems
