The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and achieving marketing goals and objectives in a defined geographic area by developing channel partners, promoting products and services offered by the company, and managing company assets./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliCounsel channel partners on product, marketing, financial, and management-related matters./liliManage company assets to maximize return./liliManage the contractual relationship, serve as a liaison, and resolve issues between the channel partner and the company./liliEnsure sales and market share goals are met./liliMonitor channel partner performance and take corrective actions when results do not meet expectations./liliCommunicate market opportunities and competitive intelligence to the Division./liliCommunicate with other divisions/departments to maintain a good working relationship between channel partners and the company to maximize enterprise objectives./liliDeliver training to channel partners./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliThe ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of heavy agricultural equipment and have 3-5 years of proven experience in the field./liliKnowledge of dealers and other channels./liliWillingness to travel in assigned regions./liliKnowledge of dealers, merchants/alliance partners, finance programs, and products./liliKnowledge of heavy machinery, dealer business practices./liliBroad-based business, sales, and marketing skills./li/ul
