Duties & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish new client relationships, pursue development leads, and employ superior negotiation skills.

  • STAY UP-TO-DATE ON INDUSTRY PRODUCTS AND PROVIDE INFORMED SOLUTIONS TO CLIENTS.
  • DEVELOP A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENT NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS AND PREPARE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
  • Compile reports on monthly sales progress, and sales forecasts.
  • ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES TARGETS AND CONTRIBUTE ACTIVELY TOWARDS THE PROFITABILITY OF THE COMPANY.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A completed relevant degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in Business Development (Hunting role) in the Aggregate or related Commodity Sales Industry experience.
  • EXPERIENCE IN DRIVING RESULTS AND ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS.
  • Understanding of Business Analysis and Delivery Requirements.
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills.
  • MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS (WRITTEN AND VERBAL).
  • OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT AND A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
  • STABLE AND SUCCESSFUL SALES TRACK RECORD.
