Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to individuals, families, and communities to promote social change and problem-solving.
- Develop and implement social work plans to empower individuals and communities.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective interventions.
- Provide education and training to clients and community members on social work practices and policies.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience in social work practice, preferably in a government or non-profit setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social work theories, principles, and practices.
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a Youth Substance treatment centre and Secure Care Centre respectively. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
