Insurance Business Development Executive

As a Financial Services Development Specialist at The Recruitment Council, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client's business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients' financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify potential clients, present them with suitable product proposals, and confirm policy sales.
- Client Relationships: Build relationships with clients to ensure retention of business and facilitate new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of products and providers to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Administration: Complete and accurate administration related to all policies and clients, including maintaining organized and up-to-date files.
Requirements:
- Qualification: RE 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: At least eight years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Commercial, Transport, and Personal Lines.
- Skills: Proven sales and marketing skills, high-level administration skills, ability to analyze and take decisions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Product Knowledge: Sound knowledge of insurers and insurance products, as well as general knowledge of the insurance industry.
