Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at MPRTC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 and a diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism.
  • At least 23 years of experience at the front desk in a similar role.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience working with distinguished clientele and a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Well-presented, with a professional demeanor and attitude.
  • Punctual, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and administration.
  • Willingsness to work night shifts as needed.
