Job Description

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for making sales calls, converting leads into paying customers, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make sales calls to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into paying customers.
  2. Elevate our customer experience by ensuring daily KPIs are met, talk time and dials are met daily, and SLAs are met for every client.
  3. Liaise with clients and other departments within the business to ensure timely service delivery.
  4. Communicate with all clients on all platforms in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years call centre experience.
  • 2-4 years sales experience.
  • Business to business sales expertise.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
  • Experience in using a CRM tool.
  • Previous exposure to Hubspot will be advantageous.
