Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure seamless dialler operation through efficient management and maintenance.
  2. Collaborate with the operations manager to achieve optimal campaign execution and communicate results effectively.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and optimise calling lists, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  4. Analyse dialler performance data in real-time and make adjustments as needed to meet campaign objectives.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports using Dialler specific Data, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance for dialler-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

About You:

  1. You possess previous experience working in a contact centre environment or a related field.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  3. Able to work flexible schedules, including night shifts (4pm – 4am), and adapt to changing requirements.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Power BI and SQL (desired).
  5. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret data effectively.
  6. Exceptional teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
