**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Scholtz Partners International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain relationships with lead providers and manage service level agreements
* Drive the acquisition of new SME customers and lead generation
* Represent the business in public forums, networking events, and other necessary platforms
* Identify opportunities to source new partners, merchants, networks, banks, or online lending platforms
* Manage and develop new and existing marketing channels
* Ensure consistent and quality support for all referral and business partners
* Drive new and existing channel development to sustain business growth
* Work with lead generation and acquisition agencies to deliver SME customer growth and engagement

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development and sales, with at least 3 years in the lending or banking industries
* NQ7 qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication, or a similar field
* Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Excel, and Word
* Valid driver's license and own car

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of R35,000 (negotiable up to R60,000)
