  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups communicating design concepts and user interactions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative, user-friendly design solutions.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across all applications.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing results, and emerging industry trends to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, focusing on mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of mobile app design projects and proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe CC.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
