We are HR Options, a leading recruitment agency seeking a highly skilled Hiring and Talent Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' needs.

About the Role
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a professional recruiter to leverage their skills and experience to source and attract top candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, headhunting, and employee referrals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication and administrative skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
  1. CREATE COMPELLING AND ACCURATE JOB POSTINGS TO ATTRACT QUALIFIED CANDIDATES.
  2. SOURCE AND ATTRACT CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB PORTALS, SOCIAL MEDIA, NETWORKING EVENTS, HEADHUNTING, AND EMPLOYEE REFERRALS.
  3. CONDUCT INITIAL SCREENS AND INTERVIEWS TO ASSESS CANDIDATES' QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND CULTURAL FIT.
  4. SCHEDULE AND COORDINATE INTERVIEWS BETWEEN CANDIDATES AND HIRING MANAGERS, ENSURING A SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT PROCESS.
  5. MANAGE THE DOCUMENTATION PROCESS BY ENSURING ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ARE SIGNED AND FILED APPROPRIATELY, AND ALL RELEVANT CHECKS ARE DONE.
  6. PROVIDE AN EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS, FROM INITIAL CONTACT TO ONBOARDING.
  7. PROMOTE THE COMPANY'S RECRUITMENT BRAND THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS AND INITIATIVES.
  8. MAINTAIN AND UPDATE THE DATABASE WITH ACCURATE CANDIDATE INFORMATION AND STATUS UPDATES.
  9. GENERATE RECRUITMENT METRICS AND REPORTS TO TRACK PROGRESS AND IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
  10. WORK CLOSELY WITH HIRING MANAGERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR STAFFING NEEDS AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES.
  11. ENSURE ALL RECRUITMENT PRACTICES COMPLY WITH RELEVANT LABOUR LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
  12. STAY CURRENT WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND BEST RECRUITMENT PRACTICES AND CONTINUOUSLY SEEK WAYS TO IMPROVE THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
