Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Governance Expert to join our Resurgens Orthopaedics team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring that industrial relations processes are adhered to on a company-wide level.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective workplace governance strategies to minimize risks to the business.
  • To provide training and development opportunities to internal management in IR processes.
  • To represent the company at internal IR forums/proceedings, external dispute resolution forums, and CCMA/NBCRFLI proceedings.
  • To draft and finalize legal documents for CCMA, NBCRFLI, and Labour Court proceedings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an IR/ER management role in logistics/manufacturing industry.
  • LLB Degree (Admitted Attorney advantageous).
  • Experience with 2000+ personnel.
  • Valid SA Drivers Licence.
  • Clear ITC and criminal record.
  • MS Office applications.
  • Must reside on the East Rand.
  • Extensive understanding and knowledge of labour legislation.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of all CCMA/NBCRFLI.
