**Job Summary**

 

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team at Integration Resourcing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of compensation and benefits for our employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement competitive salary structures and incentive programs aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits and entitlements.
  • Oversee the processing of payroll changes and system upgrades.
  • Conduct regular analysis and interpretation of HR data extracted.
  • Provide education and training to employees on available benefits and policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or a related field (NQF Level 7).
  • Advanced certifications such as SARA Reward Specialist or GRP certification are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 6 years in a remuneration or benefits management /senior specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory and discretionary payroll deductions and PAYE calculations.
  • Excellent working knowledge of remuneration benchmarking.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making is essential.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential in capturing and reporting on HR metrics for both management and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a thorough understanding of financial transactions, particularly as it relates to payroll and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
