### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Director. As the go-to person, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, and booking travel arrangements
* Handle correspondence and phone calls, and maintain accurate records
* Manage databases and filing systems, and implement administrative procedures
* Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication
* Assist in organizing events and conferences, and prepare reports and presentations

### Requirements

* Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
