Job Summary:

iOCO Infrastructure Services is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote user support to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including hardware and software upgrades, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Deliver VIP user support, providing personalized attention and support to high-priority clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Reload machines and perform network support tasks to ensure seamless system operation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of practical experience in service delivery, desktop support, and generalist IT roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Basic server support knowledge and ITIL certification are advantageous.
  • Grade 12 qualification and A+ and N+ certifications are required.
  • MCSE and HP Hardware Certifications are advantageous.

Work Environment:

  • Contract position with a dynamic and innovative company.
  • Location: Pretoria.
  • Work environment: Onsite (open plan office).
  • Travel: Own vehicle essential.
