Agricultural Advisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing fruitful and sustainable relationships with clients, while providing professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises. This role requires a strong understanding of the key differences, requirements, and specifications of permanent and seasonal crops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agricultural Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery.
• Technical Advice: Providing professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises.
• Customer Support: Attending to and resolving customer queries.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interacting with key stakeholders across the value chain to promote customer satisfaction and delivery.
• Sales and Marketing: Driving sales and marketing of products through effective relationship management and technical proficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc (Agric) with Soil Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, or Plant Science.
• Knowledge and Experience: Sound knowledge of fertilizer and chemical products, experience in permanent and seasonal crops, and a good grasp of client needs and adding value.
• Skills: Good report writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a valid driver's license.
