Job Summary

About the Role
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service via various communication channels.
  • Promote products and services to customers while stimulating revenue growth.
  • Handle day-to-day customer requests in accordance with client guidelines.
Responsibilities
  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
  2. Work closely with colleagues to escalate issues and opportunities to maximize service standards.
  3. Identify and promote significant products and services to customers.
  4. Develop joint solutions and share best practices with colleagues to improve overall service quality.
  5. Proactively develop your customer service skills and knowledge to maximize performance.
  6. Comply with all required standards of sales/service excellence and best practice.
