The Operations Billing Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a smooth billing experience. This includes:
- Ensuring clients are correctly billed for their services.
- Verifying all data for accuracy.
- Communicating between teams and coordinating activities.
- Resolving client billing queries or issues.
- Managing client reconnects for non-paying clients who then make payment.
- Assisting with back-billing, where necessary.
- Communicating with various departments and external companies to resolve customer billing issues.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a billing administrator role.
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient in office work and Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience developing reports in Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
- Knowledge of connectivity services or previous ISP experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, internally and with customers.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and self-management.
