As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist at Headhunters, you will be responsible for executing company-client endorsed advisory plans and annual reviews on behalf of the senior Business Development Manager and with the Advisors.

You will identify and develop client opportunities in each Advisor's practice by looking at opportunities in each Advisor's client database with the senior BDM. This involves business development activation and assistance at client and road show events.

In addition, you will monitor system usage statistics to assist back offices to work towards desired operating model and efficiencies. You will also compare practices against one another to harness efficiencies and best practices, assisting Advisors to reach their Advisory model targets and objectives.

Furthermore, you will set goals for the year and ensure that personal training and development takes place, ensuring alignment to company development.

This role requires a strong background in the Financial Services Industry, preferably with 1-3 years of experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Financial Planning, Finance, or Investments is preferred. You should possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as high reporting standards and technical proficiency.
