Job Title: Facilities Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality.

About the Role

The Facilities Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • To plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day maintenance activities of the facilities.
  • To ensure that all facilities are properly maintained, repaired, and upgraded as necessary.
  • To lead a team of maintenance staff and provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • To develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective management of facilities.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on facilities maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, construction management) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
